There is no cost to join, only different levels and participation.  The idea is to help grow both traffic and revenue to grass roots website and blogs.  By becoming a part of Plan B mediaworks, you agree to allow Plan B mediaworks and its subsidiaries promote your site through links, SEO optimizing, social media and content sharing and advertising.  You also agree to cross promote any participating website of Plan B mediaworks through the same methods.  

Thats it, its straight forward, no gimmicks.  

Plan B mediaworks will seek advertisers based on a total accumulation of visitors and impressions based on all participating sites.  Advertising will be sold on a per month bases, not by CPM.

Plan B Mediaworks will receive $1 per 1000 visits or buy on all booked ads.  The rest of the revenue will be split across all sites based on visits per month.   i.e. if there are 5 participating sites, 3 sites have 10k visitors per month and 2 sites have 50k per month.  The ad will sell for $8 per 1000 visits (of which Plan B mediaworks receives $1).  Since the Ad is booked monthly, the rate is based on 6 month review of browser based visits. In this case we estimate 130k visits per month and sell this particular ad for $1040 or $8 per 1000.  The participating sites receive $7 per 1000.  In this case the two sites with an estimated 50k per month received $350 while the sites with 10k per month received $70

You have to commit to a 60 day program and give 30 days notice to terminate your participation.  You agree to honor all advertising contracts should ad buys need to continue past your termination date. 

You also agree to have Plan B mediaworks have direct access to analytic information about your site as well as represent you/yoursite to a potential advertiser.
